Welcome to the Beach Hut Guest House Holyhead

The Beach Hut is a traditional Holyhead waterfront property with spectacular views over the historic inner harbour.

Each of our well-appointed guest rooms is named after one of the famous local Holyhead ships that over the centuries transported passengers too and from Ireland. This route is the shortage passage to southern Ireland from the UK. The Beach Hut is an ideal place to stay either side of a ferry passage to Ireland, being only 5 minutes from Holyhead Ferry Port, or for a longer stay to enjoy the sites of Anglesey and Holyhead.

What Our Guests Say

"We stayed for three nights whilst in Holyhead visiting family and it felt just like we were at home. The rooms are cosy and I think they probably have the comfiest mattresses ever. Breakfast lived up to it's name, it was definitely the best breakfast in Holyhead. Our hosts and the rest of the staff were fab so warm and friendly. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!"

"Firstly and most important to us was the incredible staff who were friendly and attentive. The room was compact but it was the smaller of the rooms so perfect description and perfect fit for my husband and I (plus our little doggie). The view was incredible and we spent the mornings soaking in the sea view. The bed was super comfy and much needed after a long day of walking. The accessibility to all amenities and beaches was second to none and we haven't found a location more perfect in our years of coming to Anglesy. The cafe downstairs was lovely and really felt like a cool place to hang out. Thank you for our incredible stay and we will be back (with our twins in tow!)"

"One of the nicest and most comfortable little rooms I’ve stayed in. The owners have made a great effort to theme and decorate well. Very comfortable bed (wish I’d stayed in it more!). Good breakfast. Could park outside."

"Exquisitely tasteful, extremely comfy, fun. It provided the relaxation I badly needed.

The most tasteful B and B's I've ever stayed in! Down to the last detail. And fun too, with the nautical theme carried on throughout. Exceptionally comfortable double bed. View from harbour from the bed was wonderful as the tide came in and went out daily."
